These informal conversations help us to understand them better and build mutual trust. We would say existing customer is our treasure. To make them feel valued is the basement of our business. We make sure all staff know this. Second, if the trace of conflict shows, we always communicate with existing customers honestly. There are lots of tenders from brands every year, avoiding conflict is almost impossible. However, we give exclusive offer to our existing customer. And when we introduce new products, services, or promotions, we communicate these changes to our existing customers first. And when there is something needs to be noticed, we are open to address any concerns with our current customers.
Third, we tell our current customers frankly that it’s a free market. We could go to a show in Europe and meet his potential customer. If they once talked with us about this customer, we will let them know. If not, it’s possible the customer would choose us or other manufacturers. This is a normal purchasing process for bigger companies, and no one can change this by his own. Our goal is by understanding the needs of both existing and potential customers, we can create a harmonious environment that fosters long-term business and personal relationship.
