The craftsmanship of customized hangers is directly related to their overall quality and user experience. Even slight deviations during production can affect customer satisfaction. With 27 years of specialization in customized hangers, Dadi has accumulated extensive industry experience and developed effective countermeasures. This article will draw upon Dadi’s decades of manufacturing experience to address solutions to common process issues in customized hanger production.
How to avoid laser metal logo peeling off?
As a crucial brand identifier on customized hangers, logo peeling can compromise both aesthetics and brand recognition. Testing has revealed that the primary causes are insufficient adhesive strength on the back of the logo patch or improper application.
To address the aforementioned issues, Dadi has adopted measures such as upgrading the material of the LOGO, enhancing the LOGO protection process, and adding QC inspections to prevent LOGO detachment during the production process.
Meanwhile, for high-end clients, we recommend LOGOs with metal pins that are inserted into the interior of the hangers. This approach fundamentally eliminates such problems at the source.

How to make sure the finishing treatment of metal parts durable?
All the metal parts used on Dadi hanger have to go through our internal salt-spray test before assembling.
Besides that, as different methods of metal surface treatment has different durability, while considering the looking, we would suggest customer to choose the safer one.
And when we do the quality check, we use different material to scratch the surface to test whether it’s qualified.

How to avoid color stain on clothes from hangers?
Color fading is a terrible problem as it doesn’t only mean the hanger is defective, but also cause unpredictable lost for the customer.
To make sure this doesn’t happen to our customers, we use the most strict way to test hangers before delivery: white paper are used to rub the surface of hanger for at least 10 times and check if any color are left on paper.
Then we will use 100 square cut test for the paint to test if the paint is durable enough.
We deeply understand that custom hangers are not only tools for holding clothes, but also an extension of brand image and quality of life. In the future, Dadi will continue to refine its craftsmanship and optimize solutions. With more careful consideration and more reliable quality, we will help customer avoid craftsmanship “pitfalls” and deliver custom hanger products that are both aesthetically pleasing and durable.
